Warranty Coverage
At ESCAVE, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our leather products, which are designed to be both beautiful and durable. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our leather items, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered:
- Hardware defects: Broken zippers, snaps, or buckles resulting from faulty manufacturing.
- Stitching issues: Seams coming undone or misaligned stitching due to craftsmanship errors.
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear: Damage from everyday use or improper care (e.g., exposure to water, heat, or abrasive surfaces).
- Accidental damage or misuse: Cuts, damage caused by alcohol, or any other harm resulting from improper use.
- Personalized items: Custom-made or personalized products are only covered for craftsmanship defects, not for damage caused by personal use.
What is Covered Under the Lifetime Warranty?
We are committed to providing products of exceptional quality. Our Lifetime Warranty covers repairs or replacements for functional damages that hinder the product’s use.
Functional damages covered include:
- Zippers that are stuck or not properly installed
- Stitching that comes undone within a month of use
- Faulty products or materials
- Unlatching handles or defective metalwork
- Button issues or failures

Repairs for Non-Warranty Issues
We understand that leather products may experience wear over time. If your product requires repair after the warranty period has expired, or the damage is caused by accidental misuse or normal wear and tear, we offer repair services for a fee.

- Leather conditioning and restoration
- Hardware replacements (buckles, zippers, snaps, etc.)
- General leather care and maintenance
How to Request a Warranty Claim or Repair
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, craftsmanship issue, or requires a repair, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone. For warranty claims, please provide a description of the issue, your order number, and proof of purchase. For repair requests, describe the issue with your product.
- Provide Photos: To help us assess the situation quickly, include clear photos of the defect, damage, or issue with your product.
- Evaluation: Our team will review the claim or repair request. If the issue falls under our warranty coverage, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund. For non-warranty repairs, we’ll send you shipping instructions along with an estimate for the repair cost.
- Repair Process: Once we receive your item, we will evaluate it and begin the repair process. Repair times may vary depending on the extent of the damage, but we aim to complete all repairs as efficiently as possible.
Repair Costs
For repairs outside of our warranty coverage, we will send you a quote before proceeding. The cost of the repair depends on the type of work required. Shipping costs are not covered by us, and you will be informed of the full cost before we begin any work.
Care Tips to Prevent Damage
To ensure your leather goods stay in great condition and minimize the need for repairs, we recommend the following care tips:
- Keep your leather dry: Avoid exposing leather products to moisture. If they get wet, dry them naturally (away from direct heat or sunlight).

Special Warranty Policy for Small Leather Goods
While ESCAVE offers a Lifetime Warranty on most leather products, our Small Leather Goods come with a 2-Year Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty terms and coverage are the same as outlined in our main Warranty Policy.
