Return Eligibility
You can return or exchange any item purchased from ESCAVE, as long as it meets the following conditions:
- Return Window: Returns must be made within 1 day from the date of delivery.
- Condition of the Product: All returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original, pristine condition. The product should have no signs of wear, stains, or damage.
- Original Packaging and Tags: The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags still attached. Items without these may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Exclusions: Customized or personalized products, such as those with monograms or custom initials, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at escavebangladesh@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will send you a Return Authorization and provide a shipping label for the return process.
- Shipping: Please pack your item securely and include all original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ESCAVE is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process it according to the following options:
- Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, please let us know when initiating the return. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received in acceptable condition.
What Is Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Pre-Ordered Items: Items that have been pre-ordered and/or sold at a discount are not eligible for return.
- Customized Products: Items with custom monograms, initials, or modifications are non-returnable.
- Used or Damaged Products: Any products that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations made by the customer after receipt.
Return Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received is defective or incorrect. If your item is defective or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard your return. ESCAVE is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Important Notes
- Condition of Returned Items: Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected, and the item may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
- Unapproved Returns: Returns sent without prior approval will be refused, and the item will be returned to you.
