At ESCAVE, we strive to deliver our high-quality leather products as quickly and safely as possible. Please find below the details about our shipping and delivery process to help you understand how we manage and dispatch your orders.

Shipping Time

• In-stock Items: We aim to process and ship in-stock orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Pre-order Items: For pre-ordered items, please refer to the dispatch date mentioned on the product page. The dispatch date is an estimate, as our products are made in small batches to ensure the highest quality.
• Personalization: If your order includes personalization, please note that it will add 5-15 business days to the processing time, as each item is carefully customized to your specifications.

 

Expected Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 1-2 working days, depending on your location and the courier service used.

 

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

What is the Dispatch Date?

At ESCAVE, many of our products are handmade in small batches, ensuring each item is crafted to perfection. The dispatch date is an estimated date for when we expect to ship your order. As each leather piece receives the meticulous attention it deserves, please note that this date is an estimate and may vary depending on production schedules.

While we strive to ship all orders on time, if your order has not shipped by the estimated dispatch date, please reach out to us for an update. We are committed to providing transparency and will gladly keep you informed.

 

What Happens If I Have Both In-stock and Pre-order Items in My Order?

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once everything is ready. However, if you’d like to receive certain items sooner, we can arrange to ship them separately at an extra shipping cost. Please contact us prior to shipment to request this option.

 

Order Shipped to Wrong Address

ESCAVE cannot assume responsibility for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. It is important that you double-check your shipping address during checkout to avoid any issues with the delivery.

If an order is shipped to the wrong address, any additional costs incurred to salvage your shipment (such as re-shipping or redelivery fees) will be your responsibility. Please ensure your address information is correct to prevent any shipping delays or complications.

 

What Happens If I Reject the Shipment?

We understand that duties and taxes may affect your purchasing decision, and we work hard to minimize these fees to provide the best international shipping experience possible.

If you choose to reject a shipment due to customs fees or other reasons, the following conditions will apply:

• Your order will be canceled.
• You will be refunded, but the initial shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
• A $10 handling fee and any related penalties or customs fees will also be deducted from your refund.

Please consider this before rejecting a shipment to avoid unnecessary charges.
